From 1996 - 2012, Brett produced high quality natural history programs for international broadcasters, including Barney's Barrier Reef, a 20 part children's series in 2008 with BBC Children's, and the last as Executive Producer on the 3 part Great Barrier Reef series co-production with BBC and Discovery Channel delivered in 2012.
He has also produced a diverse range of projects since 1988 for federal, state and local government departments and the corporate sector, including specific target audience programs on health, science, education, indigenous and maritime communications, with particular emphasis on sustainable resource management. A recent production was the innovative Fish & People project for Solomon Island high school children, which is being versioned for Australia, PNG and other Pacific nations.
